Caring Employees Rooted in Community

Locally, Noel Group employees are involved in a number of philanthropic programs designed to help children and the disadvantaged or encourage cultural diversity in and around their communities.

Our company-wide initiative includes activities such as:

• Organizing a fund drive with the American Red Cross for the Kosovo refugees that raised the most money, per capita, in the entire country.
• Conducting an annual United Way pledge drive that's resulted in an average increase of more than 50% annually over the past two years.
• Spring Easter Basket drive that netted more than 630 food baskets for a local food pantry.
• Participation in local and University activities that promote cultural diversity.
